My Cute "Litlle" Family

Our family is now expanding again! This was the perfect time to take pictures, Kat is now married and John will be leaving on a mission! Thanks to my friend Mary, who helps me get MY pictures done! I can't be on both sides of the camera :)

Some Fall Family Fun!

I seem to have a Senior focus lately, here are a few families I did (I shouldn't say that these are last fall that I never posted, but there you have it!!)

So much FAMILY FUN!

I had way too much fun with this family--trust me, sorting through all the amazing pictures is keeping me busy!!  I forgot how much I enjoy the fall photo season, and how much I like capturing wonderful families!  

Dogs and two year old's

wanna know which one is harder to photograph? It is a toss up! They are both wiggly, and easily distracted, but dogs don't have to smile, and if they are mad at you, you can't tell in a picture. hmmm. But you can bribe little kids with treats, hmmmm. I will think on it!

Although this is a very young family, they really weren't that hard! Megan was my assistant and was perfect at entertaining them to get these great smiles! All but Bianca. The two year old (who is such a doll). She just wanted nothing to do with any of it! She even plays at my house a lot, so she knows me, she shouldn't be scared of me, but if I ever said her name she would start to cry!

The dog, well he just wanted to go chase ducks! But he would pause every once in a while for a picture! Good thing Doug was so photogenic, just always ready for those quick moments when "Kooter" sat down!

The Johns Family

This was the Photo shoot I did for my birthday on saturday (a request by Tami to see them)! We had a great time, and they were so sweet and gave me a yummy HUGE eclair and dinner certificate, and sang to me. I would post more of them- we did some other poses, but I have so many heads to swap (we had some unhappy kids), it might take me a little while longer!

Marta is such a great person, and a good friend. Although we don't have kids in common (none the same age) we have scrapbooking in common and got to know each other through late night scrap parties! She is brilliantly talented, wonderful singer (she has a cd, Marta Johns at deseret book) and a great person. It has been great doing their families pictures over the years and watching them grow!

The H family

This family made me laugh. They were cute and fun and those girls just took charge of their brothers! Now I feel a little sorry for what my little brother went through with 5 sisters!

It is fun to get to know different families, and get excited with them on the adventures ahead of them! I bumped into Mom and son during school registration and felt like we were old friends. I wonder if they think that is weird.
